ETHNIC + RACIAL EQUALITY
At the Design Reviewer, we believe in Ethnic & Racial Equality.
Equality leads to Harmony
Did you have to pay more because you are ethnically different?
Was there preferential treatment by service staff to you?
What are some ideas that can help promote Ethnic + Racial Equality?
Establish racial and ethnic quotas in all residential neighborhoods, schools and workplaces for social integration and diversity where reasonable.
-------
If racial and ethnic quotas cannot be maintained, to abolish the need to mention race or ethnicity on all official and unofficial documentation and identification.
-------
Anyone can take up any job by merit of their non-tangible qualification, regardless of their race or ethnicity, as long as the quota is also maintained where reasonable.
-------
There should be a public or bank holiday dedicated to inter-racial or inter-ethnic harmony.
-------
It is perfectly fine for any race or ethnicity to be earning more.
-------
To avoid cultural appropriations, and to promote inter-racial and inter-ethnic harmony, all schools are to include cross-cultural syllabuses as part of the national curriculum.
-------
It is important for everyone to be nice and be respectful to one another at all times, regardless of who they are, and to whom they are dealing with.
-------
Racists and Supremacists Groups and Associations are to be banned nationwide.
-------
Invite other races and ethnicities to participate in unique or otherwise exclusive racial or ethnic festivals to promote cross cultural exchange and understanding.
-------
Establish a common language which is neutral to all races and ethnicity.
Some time ago, washrooms used to be segregated by color in some places
In the movie "Hidden Figures", the protagonist had to deal with the fact that she had to get to a washroom which was dedicated to people of her color. That was abolished as there was no obvious benefit to humanity, other than prevent civilization from advancement. Contact us if you need ideas to help push your Equality Agenda.
